Biography:

Before studying at Cambridge, I was educated at Peking University and the University of Washington. My publications include Mao Zedong as a member of the Guomindang (2014), and Setting the Record Straight: Critiques of Historical Textbook in Taiwan (2010).

I am currently doing research on the institutional history of the Chinese Mission in Japan, 1946-1952.
