Emmanuel College Fellows' Talk given by Baron Jean Christophe von Pfetten, Bye-Fellow of Emmanuel College.

The talk will explore the major decisions taken at last October's 19th Congress of the Chinese Communist Party and at last March's 13th National People's Congress. These decisions concern the most important changes in terms of leadership and policies, with likely consequences for Western governments and businesses.
