Biography:
Dr Mihye Harker was born in Seoul, South Korea, and studied both in Korea and England. She has a BA in English Literature at Sogang University, and an MA and a PhD in Applied Linguistics from the University of Warwick and of Newcastle-upon-Tyne respectively.
She has extensive teaching experience and has taught at universities in Korea (Sogang University and Sungkyunkwan University) and in England (Luton University, Imperial College and UCL).
Teaching responsibilities:
Dr Harker currently teaches Korean at the Language Centre and K.1 Modern Korean1 and K.2 Modern Korean2.
