Course Description 2024-25
The is a graduate-level seminar that is also offered to undergraduate students in their fourth year. It assumes some background knowledge of Korean history and is focused on preparing students for advanced study in the field by equipping them with a comprehensive overview of the scholarship on modern Korean history.
Form and Conduct
The paper will be assessed by a 3-hour examination which takes place in Easter term. Students will have to answer three out of eight essay questions.
