2nd International Conference on Teaching Persian Language and Literature

Faculty of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies, University of Cambridge 

Thursday, 12th and Friday, 13th December, 2019

This second conference addresses teachers and lecturers of Persian and examines developments and innovations in Persian language and literature teaching and particularly focuses on the importance of resources in teaching Persian language. The organisers welcome abstracts related but not limited to the following topics:

  • Using resources in teaching Persian
  • Using technology in teaching Persian
  • Language testing and evaluation
  • Cross-cultural issues in teaching Persian
  • Challenges of teaching Persian as a Second/Foreign/Heritage language

The language of the conference is English and the papers are allocated 20 minutes each.
