Professor Krishnamurti Ramasubramanian (IIT Bombay, India) is currently visiting us in Cambridge as the recipient of a Cambridge-Hamied Visiting Lecture award.

Prof. Ramasubramanian is a renowned expert in the history of Indian mathematics as well as a traditional scholar (pandit) trained in Advaita Vedānta, the school of non-dualism that forms the scope of the Leverhulme-funded project led by Prof. Vincenzo Vergiani and Dr Jonathan Duquette.

Prof. Ramasubramanian is currently holding daily reading sessions of Sanskrit texts with Dr Duquette and a number of students,
